At Cotopaxi, we stand by our Gear for Good and want to ensure you love your adventure essentials. If your purchase isn't quite right, we offer free returns and exchanges on all domestic orders within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.

  Choose Exchange or Refund

  Select whether you would like to exchange your item for a different size or color, receive store credit, or get a full refund to your original payment method.

• 3.
  Print and Pack

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label, then secure your items in their original packaging or a similar reusable mailer to reduce waste.

• 4.
  Drop Off Your Gear

  Take your package to the nearest authorized shipping carrier location; once we receive and inspect the gear, we will process your refund or ship your new items.
